Privacy Policy

Nexura Technologies Private Limited, operating as Wyzard (“we”, “us”, or “our”), is committed to protecting the privacy and security of personal information entrusted to us by our clients, website visitors, employees, and other individuals whose data we process. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, transfer, and protect personal information in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including the EU GDPR, UK GDPR, and India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act. This version is v1.2.

1. Who we are

Wyzard is a software-as-a-service platform operated by Nexura Technologies Private Limited. This policy applies to https://wyzard.ai and related Wyzard services. For processing we perform as a processor on behalf of a customer, the Data Protection Addendum also applies.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Client and business partner information

  • Contact details (names, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers)
  • Employment and professional information (job titles, company names)
  • Financial information needed for billing
  • Other information necessary to provide our services and manage customer relationships

2.2 Employee and candidate information

  • Contact details and personal identifiers
  • Employment history and qualifications
  • Financial information required for payroll and benefits
  • Background check and screening information, where permitted by law
  • Health and benefits information, where required for employment administration

2.3 Website and product data

  • Technical data (IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers)
  • Usage data (pages visited, features used, time spent)
  • Cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy)

3. How we use personal information

We use personal information to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Wyzard platform and related services
  • Manage customer relationships, billing, and support
  • Recruit, hire, and administer employment
  • Secure our systems, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations
  • Send product, service, or marketing communications where permitted

We process personal information only where a lawful basis applies, including:

  • Performance of a contract (or steps prior to entering a contract)
  • Compliance with legal or regulatory obligations
  • Our legitimate interests, such as securing IT systems, improving the product, and preventing fraud, where those interests are not overridden by your rights
  • Consent, where required (for example certain marketing, cookies, or use of photographs)

4. Sharing and disclosure

We may share personal information with trusted third parties who assist us in providing the Services, including subprocessors listed in the DPA, professional advisors, and government authorities when required by law. We may also disclose personal information in a corporate transaction, or with consent, or as otherwise permitted by applicable law.

5. Data security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access. These include encryption in transit and at rest, access controls and authentication, security assessments, personnel training, and incident-response procedures. No system is 100% secure; if a breach involving personal information occurs, we will take appropriate steps and notify affected individuals and authorities as required by law.

6. Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to comply with legal obligations, and to resolve disputes. Information is securely deleted or anonymized when no longer needed, unless further retention is required or permitted by law.

7. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Rectify inaccurate or incomplete personal data
  • Request deletion or restriction of processing
  • Object to certain processing
  • Receive your data in a portable format
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

8. International transfers

We may transfer personal information across borders, including outside the EEA, to operate our services. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions, or other lawful transfer mechanisms. Details of processor transfers are in the Data Protection Addendum.

9. Third-party links

Our website or services may contain links to third-party sites we do not operate. This policy does not apply to those parties. Review their privacy policies before providing personal information.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will be available on this page. This version is effective 25 January 2026.
