Wyzrad.ai is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Category Expert to join our growing team! In this exciting role, you’ll leverage your deep understanding of software categories to empower our customers and drive marketplace success.
Who You Are:
- A SAAS enthusiast with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the software industry.

What You’ll Do:
- Become a Category Mastermind: Conduct in-depth research to develop a comprehensive understanding of a specific software category within the Wyzrad.ai marketplace. This includes analyzing competitor landscapes, identifying key features and functionalities, and staying updated on the latest market trends.
- Champion Customer Experience: Collaborate with the product team to ensure a seamless customer experience within your assigned category. This might involve providing feedback on product features, documentation, and user interfaces.
- Sales Superstar Sidekick: Partner with Sales Account Executives to guide customers towards the perfect software solution for their needs. You’ll translate customer requirements into technical specifications and provide insightful product recommendations.
- Category Curator: Work closely with category managers to curate the selection of software within your domain. You’ll play a key role in identifying and onboarding the most valuable software solutions that align with customer needs and marketplace goals.
- Strategic Category Leader: Partner with the category manager to develop and drive the overall strategy for your assigned category. This includes identifying growth opportunities, analyzing market trends, and setting ambitious revenue and customer satisfaction goals. You’ll co-own these goals and work collaboratively to achieve them.
