\u2705 Lead AI-driven solutions with LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, Claude, Grok, DeepSeek, etc.) & AI agents
\u2705 Architect & deploy scalable AI models for NLP, Conversational AI, and decision-making
\u2705 Develop autonomous AI agents that interact with users and datasets
\u2705 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI use cases & performance metrics
\u2705 Experiment with the latest AI advancements and optimize LLM performance
\u2705 Design and implement efficient RAG models that enhance AI-generated responses with retrieved context.
\u2705 Work with vector databases & vector graph (e.g., MemoryDB, Pinecone, Neo4j) to improve document retrieval accuracy and efficiency.
\u2705 Mentor & guide junior engineers while promoting AI ethics & responsible development
???? What We\u2019re Looking For:
\u2714\ufe0f 5+ years in AI\/ML engineering (with 2+ years in leadership)
\u2714\ufe0f Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, & NLP
\u2714\ufe0f Experience with vector databases (MemoryDB, Pinecone, ChromaDB, Neo4jetc.).
\u2714\ufe0f Strong expertise in Machine Learning, Neural Networks & Reinforcement Learning
\u2714\ufe0f Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch & cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure)
\u2714\ufe0f Experience with distributed systems, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), & fine-tuning models
